MyStoryMail is a personalized bedtime story service. Every day it writes a brand-new story where your child is the hero, illustrates it, reads it aloud, and delivers the whole storybook to your inbox at your chosen time — each one gently weaving in one of 220 positive life lessons. Up to 5 children can share one plan, taking turns as the hero. There is no app to download — it works in any email inbox.
How much does MyStoryMail cost?
Start with a free 7-day Explorer trial (7 personalized stories, no card needed). Story Club is $9.99/month or $99/year for a brand-new personalized story every day, up to 5 children, in 17 languages. Story Club Plus is $16.99/month or $179/year and adds Storyteller audio narration, a weekly keepsake storybook and family sharing. You can also buy a single story for $1.99 with no subscription, or gift 3, 6 or 12 months.
How are the stories personalized?
You create a profile with your child's name, age, interests and the values you want to nurture. Every story stars your child by name, is adjusted to their reading age, features their favourite things (dinosaurs, space, princesses — anything), and gently weaves in one of 220 positive life lessons such as kindness, courage or honesty — never preached.
What languages are available?
Stories can be written and narrated in 17 languages at launch, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu, with more added monthly. Right-to-left languages like Arabic render correctly in email.
Is MyStoryMail safe for children?
Yes. Stories are created with strict age-appropriate guidelines: calming bedtime pacing, no frightening content, and a positive life lesson in every tale. The service is COPPA-conscious by design — the account belongs to the parent, emails go to the parent, and we collect only the child's first name and age to personalize stories.
Do I need to download an app?
No. MyStoryMail is email-first: the full story, illustration, audio player and print button arrive in your inbox. Any phone, tablet or computer with email works. You can also read every story in your online story archive.
Can grandparents receive the stories too?
Yes. On Story Club Plus, family sharing automatically CCs each day's story to grandma and grandpa (or any family member), so they can read the same adventure and talk about it with your child.
