Every day it creates a unique story where your child is the hero — illustrated with original artwork, read aloud in a warm Storyteller voice, and delivered to your inbox at your chosen time. Each story gently weaves in one of 220 positive life lessons. There is no app to download; it works in any email inbox on any device.

When you create your child's profile you provide their first name, age, favorite things (dinosaurs, space, football — anything), and the values you want each story to teach. You also choose the story language and delivery time. Every story is then generated specifically for your child: their name appears throughout, the reading level matches their age, and their interests become characters, settings and props in each night's adventure.

Every story is created uniquely for your child from the profile you set up — original writing tailored to their name, age and interests, a hand-illustrated storybook scene, and (on Story Club Plus) a warm Storyteller narration. It runs automatically each day and arrives at your chosen time. A completely different story is created every day — you will never receive the same story twice.

Email works on every device you already own without downloading, updating or logging into a separate app. Stories arrive automatically at the same time each evening — even when you forget. You can forward tonight's story to grandparents, save it to a folder, or print it as a PDF keepsake. Your inbox becomes a growing library of adventures starring your child.

Stories can be written and narrated in 17 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu. Arabic and other right-to-left languages render correctly in email. More languages are added regularly — check your account settings for the current list.

Yes. MyStoryMail is designed with children's safety as a priority. Stories are generated with strict age-appropriate guidelines: calming bedtime pacing, no frightening content, no violence, and a positive life lesson in every tale. We are COPPA-conscious by design — the account belongs to the parent, emails go to the parent's inbox, and we collect only a child's first name and age to personalize stories. MyStoryMail supports children aged 2–12. You select your child's age in their profile and the story generator automatically adjusts vocabulary complexity, sentence length, life-lesson nuance and story length to suit that age. A 2-year-old receives a short, simple rhyming tale; a 10-year-old receives a longer, more complex adventure with richer language. You can update the age each year as your child grows.

Yes. On Story Club Plus, family sharing automatically CCs each day's story to any family members you add — grandparents, aunts, uncles, close friends. Everyone receives the same storybook in their inbox and can share the reading experience with your child, even from across the country.

Storyteller audio narration is included with every story on Story Club Plus (and on day 1 of the free Explorer trial, as a taste). An audio player is embedded directly in the email — tap play and the story reads itself aloud. You can also download the MP3 to play on a speaker, in the car, or offline. Children love falling asleep to their own story read to them.

Yes. Every story comes with a print-ready PDF that formats the story into beautiful storybook typography with the illustration on the cover page. Tap the Print button in the email or your story archive. Print at home in one click. You can also save a week's stories and take them to a print shop to bind as a real keepsake book.

Yes — cancel anytime in two clicks from your dashboard under Billing in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until the date you've already paid for. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel within 7 days of your very first paid subscription, you can request a full refund by emailing hello@mystorymail.ai.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. After the first 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. There are no partial-month refunds. Pay-per-story purchases ($1.99) are non-refundable once the story has been generated. If something goes wrong with a charge, email hello@mystorymail.ai within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Every subscriber gets a unique referral code in their dashboard under Referrals (/dashboard/referrals). Share your code with friends and family. For every 3 friends who sign up and activate a paid subscription using your code, you earn 1 free Story Club month added to your account automatically. There is no limit to how many free months you can earn. Codes cannot be used on your own account (no self-referral), cannot be transferred for cash, and abuse results in forfeiture. Referred friends must be new MyStoryMail subscribers.

From the Pricing page you can gift 3, 6 or 12 months of either Story Club or Story Club Plus — from $29 (3 months of Story Club) up to $179 (a full year of Story Club Plus). You'll receive a gift code by email (or we'll email it straight to the recipient). They enter it at signup or on the Redeem page to unlock the gifted tier for the gifted number of months, at no cost to them. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew — they simply end when the gifted period is up, unless the recipient chooses to continue.
