Common quick fixes
Story didn't arrive in my inbox
Check your spam or junk folder first — add hello@mystorymail.ai to your contacts to prevent this. Stories are sent at your chosen delivery time (visible in Settings). If the delivery time has passed and nothing arrived, log in to your story archive to read it online, then email us if the issue repeats.
Change my child's bedtime delivery time
Go to your dashboard, open Settings, and choose a new delivery time under your child's profile. The change takes effect for the next story generation — usually within 24 hours.
Cancel my subscription
Open your dashboard, go to Settings → Billing, and click 'Cancel subscription'. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Update my child's age or interests
Open your dashboard and click on your child's profile to edit their details. Stories generated after the save will reflect the updated profile.
